Alexandrina Council South Australian Wooden Boat Festival

The South Australian Wooden Boat Festival is a biennial event held at Goolwa.  It brings together wooden boats of all shapes and sizes, the Cockle steam train, music, food, wine, arts, craft and entertainment. jennie bell ink was engaged to manage all on land and on water activities, sponsorship, entertainment, exhibits and displays and VIP functions.

In 2015, 15,000 people spent time wandering along the Wharf at Goolwa, taking in the sights, sounds and delights speed boats, paddle steamers, sailing boats, putt putts and everything in between.  The warm weather was the backdrop for a wonderful family event, and the fireworks off the Hindmarsh Island Bridge on Saturday night were a highlight.
