As part of the annual APPEA Conference, Santos hosted a cocktail function for business leaders in the Oil & Gas industry. With live cooking stations, cool jazz and a view overlooking the River Torrens, Cathedral and Adelaide Oval, the scene was set for a night of fine food, superb wines and great company. The Bridge over the river and the Adelaide Oval were lit in blue, to provide a stunning view for guests, as they enjoyed the best of South Australian hospitality.
